Isothermal doors
PSA: automatic
All PSA automatic isothermal sliding doors comply with the EN 13241-1 standard and have undergone initial type testing at a notified organisation, which has granted approval for marking, so all doors are labelled with the mark.

Highlights
Leaf: sandwich panel in pre-painted sheet metal RAL 9010 insulated with PUR density 41 KG/m3 .
Perimeter edge in anodised aluminium with sealing gasket.
Automation: a system with motorgear, thanks to the worm reduction gear, the door is manually-movable in case of power failure. The motion transmission between the door leaf and the motorgear is via a toothed belt
Quadro elettrico: made of corrosion-resistant white ABS IP66, pre-wired with the motor via a robust connector. The switchboard assembly and associated software are exclusive to Incold. Single-phase power supply, 220 V, 50 Hz. Door leaf positioning is controlled by an encoder installed in the gearmotor. Speed and ramps controlled by inverter
Safety: primary anti-crushing guaranteed by a resistive type wireless safety edge, placed on the vertical of the door leaf edge, instantly blocks the door and reverses its motion in the event of impact with an obstacle. A transmitter-receiver type photocell is placed on the door frame, thus guaranteeing the functionality and durability of the safety edge
